1.先修改配置文件appsettings.json，把海康威视的视频地址到配置文件里面

2.编译项目，启动c#服务端。

3.进入ClientApp目录，start npm,启动播放器页面。注意要提前安装npm之类的环境。

测试视频性能良好，无延迟，适合在局域网中使用。
