贪吃蛇(八)任意方向游走

上节我们实现了方向和屏幕刷新,本节来实现贪吃蛇的任意方向游走控制。
实现思路
在增加新节点的时候,原先我们是直接在尾节点增加一个节点,将列加1,现在我们需要根据用户输入判断方向,从而改变新节点的坐标。
